I don't know about you guys but I'm over the snow already. My house is surrounded by icicles.
It's really kind of nuts.
I'd rather be here;
Or here:
At the very least, here:
(That's in Vegas, by the way)
But I'm not. So I guess I'll make the best of it with a tropical drink while curled up on the couch with a Snuggly and the remote.
Happy Saturday! What's the weather like in your part of the world?
By the way, this post was brought to you by BlogPress from my iPhone. How fun!

There is no where to run. Sunny south Florida has dipped in the thirties with wind chill. A low of 28 for Sunday morning. Brr. parts of Florida may see snow flurries. This is the coldest it has been since 1989. We moved here in 1988.
I feel your cold frigid pain sista! All the way from Cleveland, lol
I'm ready for the tropics too. I lost water this morning so I'm off to bum a shower and if I were smart I would be in a pool with a swim-up bar right now. Oh well,I can dream.
Two hours southwest of you my sister sits isolated in her home. The good thing is she is warm, there is food in the fridge and in the pantry and she is in the middle of clearing her home of clutter!
Stay safe and warm ......
Thanks Julia for stopping by. I always enjoy your visits. We are having frigid cold here, but no ice yet. I trust we do not either. I am with you, I would enjoy being in Vegas throwing my money away. I may go when it gets warmer. However, I like Reno better.
Bbbbbrrrrrr!! It is cold! 20 fricken degrees!! Gonna stay holed up in the house, building a fire and getting out the margarita mix! Come on over!
Maryland is enjoying sunny skies and 37 degrees...but don't be fooled, the 20mph breeze has it feeling like it is 28 degrees.
Time to stoke the fire!
Stay warm!

I'm in Nebraska we have gotten as cold as 19 below this week & today's high is shooting for 3 above wealso have about 25 inches of snow on the ground. Don't even want to discuss windchill for 2 days is averaged 25 below or more. We're all excited here though cause the forecast is for 35 degrees next week!!!
What was the question again? Sorry, I read the whole post and looked at all the pretty pictures, and then this little icon of a previous post popped up (heh, heh), which looks like a naked man holding his johnson. See? It's not just that I'm batshit crazy, or that I'm the victim of a south Texas "arctic breakout." Woman, it was 12 degrees here this morning. Did you hear what I said? I'm in SOUTH TEXAS! Do me a favor and tell Canada to take it back, will ya?
I'm not loving the cold, but at least we have insulation and heat and warm clothes. I'm afraid there are a lot of folks in the south who are hurting, and a lot of crops threatened.
But Julie, you seem to have another new header (or I'm just noticing it). Nice!
Right now I am in Orlando for the Disney Marathon weekend, and it is way too cold for me. We had a wintry mix this morning rain, sleet, wind and flurries. Hello this is Florida!!!!
waiting on snow in Florida!!!
Damned Global Warming!
I hate the cold!!! Would love to go somewhere warm but have to work!!
The view from my window here in Pennsylvania looks pretty much the same. I've spent a lot of quality time lately with the Snuggly and the dogs (they throw a lot of body heat).
good morning campers
Seems like a line from Ground Hog Day! With windchill. it is 21 degrees sunday morning in south Florida. No snow yet.
Right now in Syracuse, NY it is 13 degrees up from -1 degrees at 9am. The snowfall total for Central New York is 56.2 inches. Most of that fell in the last 2 weeks. Baby, it is cold, Br-r-r-r-r!!!!!!
Well in sunny southeastern North Carolina, a.k.a. Wilmington, it is a balmy 21 degrees. Our schools were on a two hour delay Friday morning, because it "might" snow. It didn't. It was just freaking cold!
I live in the Upper Peninsula (U.P.) of Michigan (not the glove part but the land up by Lake Superior) and WE usually are the ones every winter with the below zero temps and the tons of snow...this year, we have missed a lot of the storms and bitter cold..it seems so weird to see the rest of the nation complaining about what we get every single year!
Below zero for days and days - maybe weeks - in Wisconsin (by the MN border - Twin Cities metro, but Wisconsin side...) Ugh! And, the snow...
Same conditions as yours baby!
Oh man, all those beaches look so wonderful. That's probably why I'm wishing for a spring break, lol!!
